SWAYU WELLNESS is not a substitute for professional medical care.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency medical service.

A Blueprint is not a medical treatment plan, diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for professional healthcare.

You remain responsible for deciding which lifestyle choices are appropriate for you.

8. AI WELLNESS COMPANION

SWAYU WELLNESS may provide AI-powered features that generate conversational responses, educational information, suggestions, summaries, or other wellness-related content.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

You should independently evaluate important information and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Do not rely on the AI Wellness Companion for emergency assistance, diagnosis, treatment decisions, medication instructions, or other situations requiring professional medical judgment.

We may use third-party technology providers to operate certain AI features, subject to applicable privacy and contractual requirements.

9. WELLNESS EXPERTS

SWAYU WELLNESS may provide access to wellness professionals, educators, contributors, coaches, or other experts.

The qualifications, services, and scope of each expert may vary.

Information or guidance provided by an expert represents that individual’s contribution and does not automatically constitute an endorsement or guarantee by SWAYU WELLNESS.

Where a service involves professional healthcare, the applicable professional remains responsible for services provided within their lawful scope of practice.

Users should independently consider whether an expert or service is appropriate for their needs.

10. WELLNESS PROGRAMS

The SWAYU WELLNESS Marketplace may contain products, services, or experiences offered by SWAYU WELLNESS, independent sellers, or third-party partners.

Where a transaction is made directly with a third-party provider:

That provider may be responsible for fulfilling the purchase.
The provider’s own terms may apply.

Product availability, pricing, delivery, returns, warranties, and support may be governed by the provider’s terms.

SWAYU WELLNESS does not guarantee the quality, availability, suitability, safety, or performance of every third-party product or service listed on the Marketplace.

14. PAYMENTS, FEES & PURCHASES

Where paid Services are offered, applicable prices and payment terms will be presented before purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Any examples, testimonials, stories, or descriptions of potential benefits are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise and appropriately supported.

23. DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, subject to any mandatory legal warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SWAYU WELLNESS does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
